Can I switch tiers after I join?
Yes. Tier changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Upgrading mid-month? We pro-rate the difference and apply it immediately. Downgrading means the change kicks in cleanly on renewal — no awkward partial charges.
Is there a joining fee or initiation charge?
There is a one-time $49 enrollment fee that covers your baseline assessment, onboarding session with a coach, and setup of your Progress Tracking Dashboard account. After that, your monthly plan rate is the only recurring charge.
What happens if I need to pause my membership?
Members can freeze their membership for up to 8 weeks per calendar year — useful for travel, injury recovery, or life transitions. Submit a freeze request at least 5 business days before your next billing date and the pause begins on the renewal date.
Do you offer corporate or group memberships?
We work with a small number of corporate partners to offer subsidized memberships for employees. Minimum group size is 8 members. Corporate pricing is negotiated directly with our studio manager. Reach out via the contact page and we'll schedule a call within two business days.
What's included in the baseline assessment?
The baseline assessment covers resting heart rate, VO2 max estimate, body composition via DEXA-calibrated bioimpedance scale, one-rep max for three primary compound movements, and a functional mobility screen. Results are loaded into your dashboard within 48 hours and reviewed with your matched coach.
